The conditions for using this website, requesting a quote and buying from AHS.

1. Business and contact details

This website is operated under the trading name Automotive Hoist Solutions (AHS). Contact us at info@automotivehoistsol.co.za or +27 63 385 8305. Our business address is 9 Impala Avenue, Kempton Park, Gauteng, 1619, South Africa.

2. Current service and order acceptance

The website accepts online orders with EFT / bank transfer. An order placed at checkout is received on hold pending payment. AHS provides an invoice with verified banking details and delivery arrangements. A cart or quote enquiry is not a paid order. An automated acknowledgement does not confirm that funds have cleared.

Before payment, review your order and the invoice confirming the product and quantity, total price, expected dispatch and delivery arrangements, and any agreed installation or commercial warranty terms. AHS confirms acceptance of the order in writing. Use the order number as your payment reference and contact AHS if any detail is unclear.

3. Product information and suitability

Model names and manufacturer identities identify the equipment; no brand affiliation or authorised-agent status is implied. Photographs show the referenced models, but optional accessories are included only if identified in the written specification. The workshop banner is an illustrative brand image.

Check dimensions, capacity, power requirements, compatibility and site conditions. Ask AHS to resolve a material uncertainty before ordering. We will not substitute a model without your agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR). The primary product price is the total displayed selling price; a secondary excluding-VAT amount is provided for comparison at the stated rate. Tax treatment and the invoice breakdown must be confirmed in your written quote. No additional tax amount will be added to an accepted total without prior disclosure and agreement.

Delivery is stated separately in our Delivery & installation policy. Any installation, civil work, commissioning or other optional service must be separately identified before acceptance.

EFT / bank transfer is available for online orders. Orders remain on hold until funds have cleared. AHS provides verified bank details with the invoice. Payfast is not currently enabled. AHS will not ask you to send a bank password, PIN or one-time code through a quote form, email or WhatsApp.

5. Availability and errors

AHS can fulfil the listed products. Product availability is shown on the product page, and AHS confirms the expected dispatch and delivery arrangements before EFT payment. If we find a material description or pricing error, we will explain it and ask for your agreement before proceeding. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will discuss the appropriate cancellation and refund rather than supply an unapproved substitute.

6. Delivery, returns and warranties

Read the Delivery & installation, Returns & refunds and Warranty & support pages. They form part of these terms to the extent applicable. Your written order documents must identify any additional agreed services without reducing protected consumer rights.

7. Your use of the website

Provide accurate enquiry and delivery information. Do not submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, abuse the form or interfere with other users. You may browse and compare products for legitimate purposes. Third-party brands and materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

8. Personal information

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle contact details, quote requests, website data and your privacy enquiries. The Cookie policy explains cookies and browser storage.

9. Responsibility and disputes

Use equipment safely and follow its instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. South African law applies, subject to mandatory protections and any competent authority’s jurisdiction. Contact AHS first with the relevant reference and details so we can try to resolve the issue.

10. Changes

We may update website information and these terms. The version and agreed order terms applicable when an order was accepted remain relevant to that order. Updates do not retrospectively remove your accrued rights.
